Prerequisites

An agreed TableSync rollout and an authorised restaurant manager. Consult the availability reference for the current product and platform scope.

Steps

  1. Confirm the intended product and release with TableSync. Windows applies to POS controlled rollout; Staff and Kitchen are Android release-testing applications. Control Centre and Direct Ordering use the browser.
  2. Ask the authorised manager for enrolment details for the correct restaurant, location and device type. Treat those details as credentials; do not share them in screenshots or support messages.
  3. Use the application’s enrolment entry. Where supported, scan the short-lived enrolment QR; otherwise enter the supplied enrolment details manually.
  4. Check the resulting location and product context before service. Staff/operator access is separate from device enrolment and must also be authorised.
  5. If a device is revoked, stop using it for privileged actions. Ask the manager to resolve access and arrange any local data removal; revocation does not remotely wipe cached data.

Expected result

The application identifies the intended location and has the access agreed for that product and release. This guide does not offer a public-store download.

If it doesn’t work

If enrolment fails or the location is wrong, stop and contact your manager or support with the product, device platform and visible error. Never send the enrolment code, device credential or PIN.
