Is Staff only a waiter-ordering app?
No. Floor ordering sits alongside attendance, breaks, individual permissions and restaurant actions.
Does signing out clock me out?
No. Device sign-in and locking are separate from clocking and break records.
Can Staff take payments?
TableSync Staff does not take payments. It does not include rota planning, payroll, messaging, task lists or food-safety forms.
Does every employee have the same access?
No. Actions depend on the employee’s role and restaurant permissions. Certain changes require manager approval.
Does the Staff app include health-and-safety forms?
No. Staff provides employee access, attendance, breaks and floor-service actions. Scheduled health-and-safety or operational checks, completion evidence and manager review are connected browser-based Control Centre workflows.
Which platform is Staff on?
Android. The TableSync Staff application is available on Google Play. Restaurant authorisation and device enrolment are still required.
