Why is there a £10 activation fee?
It's a one-off, non-refundable fee that confirms real restaurants and covers your AI menu import and setup.
What happens after Starter's 14-day AI ordering allowance?
After 14 days, keep WhatsApp and phone ordering with an add-on or the Pro and Complete plans. Otherwise they switch off and calls forward to your own number.
What happens after the launch period?
After launch: 10p per completed order, capped at £39 a month. We'll give advance notice first and never charge retrospectively.
Do I need Android devices?
Yes. TableSync POS, Kitchen and Staff run on Android phones and tablets from Google Play. The Control Centre runs in any desktop browser. We'll check your devices and printers during setup.
