The restaurant technology journey began with SmartOrder: a Windows-based restaurant POS backed by an Oracle database, integrated with a Motorola Caller ID module, and designed around practical restaurant ordering and telephone-order workflows.
Evolve
iPOS era
SmartOrder became iPOS
The Windows restaurant POS platform continued to evolve under the iPOS name. An exact rebrand year is not asserted because it has not been established.

OrderPIN
The platform evolved into OrderPIN, expanding into offline blocks of unique customer PINs and membership benefits, restaurant commerce, Android restaurant applications, waiter and order-taking tools, health-and-safety functionality, and broader operational tools.
